🍹 Ingredients Ice - Make sure you have enough for all of the apple martinis.Vodka - I typically will go for Grey Goose, Ketel One or Stolichnaya.Apple Juice - Normal store bought apple juice is all you need.Sour Apple Liqueur - DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker Liqueur. This liqueur makes the BEST appletinis and is worth a look around to find it!Simple Syrup - Substitute with honey or Agave syrup. Or you can see my tips below on how to make your own simple syrup!Optional Garnish - Apple slice or lemon peel garnish. 🍸 Instructions Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice.Add the 1 ¼ ounces vodka, 1 ¼ ounces apple juice, 1 ounce sour apple liqueur, and ½ ounce simple syrup.Cover shaker, and shake for 20 seconds.Strain and pour into a martini glass.Garnish with a lemon peel or apple slice, and enjoy! 🥂 Cocktail Tips & Variations You can substitute the sour apple liqueur with a sweet apple liqueur like Apfelkorn.Shake for a full 20 seconds to aerate and fully chill the appletini.The sour version here is very sour, so don’t skip the simple syrup.If using apple slices as garnish, be sure to brush them with lemon juice to prevent them from browning.Make it a ‘rumpletini’!
