🥘 Ingredients It doesn’t take much for these pork steaks to turn out delicious. You don’t even need to use oil!

Pork Coppa Steaks - 1 pound of thick-cut, boneless pork steaks (the coppa cut is recommended, but not required).Pork Seasoning - 1 tablespoon of my pork seasoning, or your favorite brand. Be sure to see the recipe card below for ingredients, amounts & instructions! 🔪 Step-By-Step Instructions Preheating your air fryer helps get a nice sear on the outside of your pork. Get your air fryer ready, grab some tongs for flipping, and that’s it!

Preheat and season. Before you get started, remove your pork steaks from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking so they can come to room temperature (it helps them to cook evenly). Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (205°C) for 5 minutes while you season 1 pound of pork coppa steaks on all sides with 1 tablespoon of pork seasoning.Flip. After your air fryer has preheated, add your seasoned pork steaks to the basket (making sure they do not overlap). Cook for 6 minutes on the first side, then open the basket and flip them over.Finish air frying. After flipping the pork steaks, continue cooking them for 6 more minutes (*see note) or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Rest. Then, remove them from the air fryer and transfer them to a plate or cutting board. Cover the air fried pork steaks loosely with a sheet of aluminum foil and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving. I often serve my pork steaks with buttered cabbage and an easy form of potatoes, like oven-roasted potatoes. No matter what sides you choose, it’s bound to be delicious. Enjoy! 💭 Angela’s Tips & Recipe Notes No need to thaw frozen pork. Cook your pork steaks from frozen by turning the heat up to 400°F (205°C) and cooking for 8 minutes. Then, flip the steaks and continue to cook until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Cooking times may vary slightly. It all depends on the model of your air fryer and thickness of the pork. I used thick-cut boneless pork coppa steaks for this recipe.Storing: Leftover coppa pork steaks can be kept in the fridge in a shallow, airtight container for 3-4 days. They can be frozen in the same way, but for best quality should be enjoyed within the first 2-3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge. Reheating: When ready to reheat your pork steaks, preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and air fry just until heated through.
