Sour Cream - 1 cup of sour cream to act as a base for your sauce.Horseradish - ¼ cup of your favorite brand of prepared horseradish.Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon of course ground Dijon mustard.Salt & Pepper - Adjusted to suit your tastes.Fresh Chives (optional) - 1 Tablespoon chopped.
