You most likely already have most of these in your spice cabinet! I recommend buying some marjoram, but you can use a substitute if you don’t have any.
- Sage - 2 teaspoons of ground sage.Thyme - 1½ teaspoons of dried thyme.Marjoram - 1 teaspoon of dried marjoram (*see note).Rosemary - ¾ teaspoon of dried rosemary.Nutmeg - ¾ teaspoon of ground nutmeg.Pepper - ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper.

🔪 How To Make Poultry Seasoning
This spice blend is as easy as it gets! Just grab a mixing bowl and a spice jar and you are ready to get started!
This recipe will make about 2 tablespoons (or 6 teaspoons) of poultry seasoning.
- Mix ingredients. In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 teaspoons of sage, 1½ teaspoons of thyme, 1 teaspoon of dried marjoram, ¾ teaspoon of rosemary, ¾ teaspoon of nutmeg, and ½ teaspoon of pepper. (*see note). Stir gently to combine.Store. Place the spice blend into a spice jar or airtight container and store until ready to use.
