You will need a bowl and cling film or a Ziploc bag.

Make the marinade. In a mixing bowl or large Ziplock bag, combine ⅓ cup of soy sauce, ⅓ cup of lemon juice, ⅓ cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic, and ½ a teaspoon each of salt and pepper. It’s hard to believe how much flavor comes from a few simple ingredients. 1 ½ pounds of steak should be about 6 steaks, but if they are larger you will only need 1 tablespoon of butter per steak.
