This seafood order was a splurge, and I do mean that. Since we live in the Midwest, fresh coastal seafood is hard to come by but we love it. So, when we do order seafood we make it a pretty good size order to offset the cost of overnight shipping - check out the lobster and cod dishes from this shipment too! 🥘 Ingredients This quick and easy seafood dish is made with just 4 ingredients - add butter and lemon and you’ve got your drawn butter covered too! 4 pounds Steamer Clams - Fresh and scrubbed to remove sand. Alternatives are hard shell clams like Littlenecks, Cherrystones, or Quahogs.3 cups Water½ cup White Wine - Optional use a dry white wine like Pinot Grigio.½ small White Onion (chopped) 🔪 Step-By-Step Instructions Grab a few supplies and make sure your clams are fully cleaned, then get started cooking!
