Oh, and if that wasn’t enough good news in one sentence, it also has a very solid everyday earnings rate. The brand new Ink Business Unlimited Card just went live, and it is very much worth considering as it is solid in nearly every important category.Ink Business Unlimited Credit Card: Earn $500 (aka 50,000 points) back after you spend $3,000 on purchases in the first 3 months. I often use the United Club Card to earn 1.5x United miles on everyday purchases, but earning 1.5x Ultimate Reward points is so much better than earning miles in one airline program. Keep in mind that the Ink Business Unlimited Credit Card earns Chase Ultimate Reward points that can be used as cash-back as advertised by the card. However, if you also have a premium Ultimate Rewards Card such as the Chase Sapphire Reserve, Chase Sapphire Preferred Card, or Ink Business Preferred Credit Card, then you can combine points, and transfer them on to Ultimate Rewards hotel and airline partners including Hyatt, United, Southwest, Singapore, Marriott, British Airways, and more.If you prefer to use your Ultimate Reward points at a fixed value to book travel through Chase, you could move these 50,000 points to your Chase Sapphire Reserve and they would then be worth $750 in travel! As this is a small business card, you will need some sort of small business to apply. I would imagine you also need to be under 5/24 to get the card, though small business cards typically don’t count against you in future 5/24 counts. The new Ink Business Unlimited Credit Card is obviously great for the 50,000 point welcome bonus, but it is also a good addition to your Ultimate Rewards line-up of cards if you didn’t already have one that awards 1.5x on otherwise non-bonused categories. The Chase Freedom Unlimited is a personal Chase credit card that also earns 1.5% cash back on purchases. I know that 1.5% may not sound like a huge difference from 1%, but it really adds up over the long-haul since it will result in 50% more points on everyday charges than a 1x card.Sign up for our daily newsletterEmail addressSign upI would like to subscribe to The Points Guy newsletters and special email promotions. The Blue Business Plus Amex actually awards 2x fully transferable Membership Rewards points per dollar, though that bonus is capped at $50,000 in spending per year, then it switches to 1x point per dollar.Anyone thinking about pulling the trigger on the new Ink Business Unlimited Credit Card and its 50,000 shiny new bonus points? For rates and fees of the Blue Business Plus Card, please click here.
