💭 Angela’s Tips & Recipe Notes

  • You may use softened butter in place of melted butter for a thicker sauce or butter spread.I recommend using good-quality butter for the best results. European butter brands like Kerrygold, Plugra, Echire, Wuthrich, Beurdell, or any European-style variety will have a higher fat content and will yield the best results. If you want a thicker sauce, add more Dijon mustard. For a thinner sauce, add more butter.
