Delta Air Lines deepend its embrace of the Airbus A220 on Tuesday by exercising options for 12 more of the larger A220-300 aircraft, bringing its total order to 62 of the -300 jets.The order, which was announced at the Farnborough International Airshow outside of London, followed Delta’s order on Monday for 100 Boeing 737 MAX 10 aircraft.Want more airline-specific news? It currently operates 45 of the smaller variant, along with 11 of the larger -300s that have already been delivered.
