This incredibly easy pickle dip only requires 6 simple ingredients! If you want to add some heat, add a dash of paprika or chili powder.

  • Cream Cheese - 8 ounces of cream cheese (1 package is equal to 8 ounces, softened).Sour Cream - 1 cup of sour cream.Dill Pickle Juice - ¼ cup of dill pickle juice.Dill Pickles - 1 cup of dill pickles (chopped). Garlic Powder - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.Dried Dill Weed - 1 teaspoon of dried dill weed.

🔪 How To Make Dill Pickle Dip

My homemade dill pickle dip is quick to prepare, but I highly recommend chilling it for at least 1-2 hours before serving! You will need some measuring utensils, a small mixing bowl, a silicone spatula set, and a hand mixer to make this delicious dip.

1 batch of this dip will yield around 12 servings! If you are bringing this dip to a big party, you can easily double or triple the ingredients.

  • Mix. In a small mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to combine the 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, and ¼ cup of dill pickle juice until smooth.Add ingredients. Add in the 1 cup of chopped pickles, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of dried dill weed with a silicone spatula. Stir until well combined.Chill and serve. Chill the dip for at least 1-2 hours in the refrigerator before serving. Serve with sliced vegetables, chips, or crackers.
