That said, get ready for one of the simplest recipes I’ve posted. Great taste does not have to be complicated, so when you are in a hurry, your air fryer is your trusted kitchen companion. Take a minute to simply adore how awesome your air fryer is too! You will realize how versatile they are and how well they cook all sorts of food without having to add oil. Nothing is ever greasy, and it keeps the calorie count down! Winning! What You’ll Need This is a “one and done” recipe. All you need - other than an air fryer - is the frozen spring rolls! 2 per person is usually a good amount, but if you want more, just get extras. You can also pick up or make a dipping sauce. I enjoy spring rolls with duck sauce, my homemade sweet and sour sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, or hot Chinese mustard. They also taste great just simply dipped in soy sauce! *And if you didn’t get a packet of some kind of sauce in your box of spring rolls, it’s time to write a letter of complaint! 🙂 How to Air Fry Frozen Spring Rolls Using the air fryer is a cinch! However, this is one of those recipes that I really advocate pre-heating your air fryer. Most times this is just a personal preference, but my spring rolls are simply crispier when I take a moment for the extra step!

Preheat your air fryer to 390ºF (199ºC) for about 5 minutes.Place the frozen spring rolls into the air fryer basket or onto the trays in a single layer, spaced out so they’re not touching.Air fry the spring rolls at 390ºF (199ºC) for 4 minutes. Roll them over to the other side and air fry for another 4 minutes. If you like your spring rolls extra crispy (like I do!), then continue to cook them for about 2 more minutes. Remove the spring rolls from the air fryer and serve hot with a dipping sauce of choice. So delicious! Air Fryer Tips: Remember, your air fryer model may have a different cooking time than mine, so use my instructions as a guide, but keep an eye on your food as always. Also, while this particular recipe does not call for any additional oil, be sure not to use an aerosolized cooking spray on your air fryer in any situation. Use a pastry brush or paper towel to apply the oil as directed in your particular recipe.

Storing Cooked Spring Rolls It will be a rare occasion that there is any spring rolls leftover, but if you have some, wrap them in plastic wrap or foil. Place the wrapped spring rolls into an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 - 3 days. Reheating Fried Spring Rolls To reheat your spring rolls and keep them as crispy as possible, the best method is to return them to your air fryer. Use the same temperatures in the recipe card below and heat for 4 - 5 minutes, or until warmed to your satisfaction. The next best method is to heat a frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat with a light coating of oil. Place the spring rolls into the heated pan in a single layer with spacing between each roll. Turn as needed and heat until warmed through completely. You can also re-heat cooked spring rolls in your oven at 350ºF (175ºC) for about 10 minutes. Or microwave in short 30-second increments, although with this method you will lose the ‘crispness’ of the wrapper. 📋 Recipe
