All-Purpose Flour - ¼ cup spoon and leveled.Baking Powder - ¼ teaspoon.Nutella - ¼ cup.Milk - 3 tablespoons milk of your choice. A pinch of salt, a ⅛ teaspoon of sugar, or a ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract can be added to the batter to suit your tastes.
