Parmesan Crusted Chicken Recipe Since I typically make mine with an Italian seasoning theme, I like using Italian-flavored breadcrumbs. I have never been disappointed with the results or the ease of baking this hit dish up! Starting the Parmesan Crusted Chicken… To make these fabulously tasty chicken thighs, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and coat a 9 x 13 baking pan or a baking sheet with olive oil. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients including flour, breadcrumbs, or Panko (I frequently use crushed Italian seasoned breadcrumbs), and Parmesan cheese. Add seasoning including salt, pepper, thyme, basil, and oregano, then combine all of the dry ingredients thoroughly. Coating the Parmesan Crusted Chicken… In another small or medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the eggs for coating the chicken. Pat your chicken pieces dry, then dip them into the egg mixture and coat completely with the egg. Transfer to the dry mixture and coat evenly with the breadcrumbs and Parmesan coating. Place coated chicken pieces into the oiled baking pan or on a baking sheet, then bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45-55 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and has an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). *These can also be pan-fried at medium heat…sear both sides for color, then turn them skin side up and cover to finish cooking (about 15-18 minutes).

InstructionsPreheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Coat a 9 x 13 pan (or baking sheet) bottom with olive oil.Combine dry ingredients for coating, including: flour, breadcrumbs or panko, Parmesan cheese and seasoning (salt, pepper, thyme, basil, oregano).
