Now, pour 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce over the chicken along with 2 teaspoons liquid smoke and stir. Be sure each of the drumsticks is thoroughly coated with sauce. Then, cover with the lid and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4.Cook and prep the broiler. When the chicken is nearly done, heat up the broiler in your oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
