Season the ribs with ½ a teaspoon each of salt and pepper, then top with 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 2 teaspoons of Liquid Smoke, and the optional ¼ cup of brown sugar, if using. Stir to Combine.Cook. Place the lid on your slow cooker on and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. For an easy weeknight dinner, serve your slow cooker country style pork ribs over some buttered noodles or basmati rice. Any of your favorite BBQ side dishes will pair wonderfully as well!
