🔪 How To Make Stuffed Pizza Bombs
These pizza bombs are ridiculously easy to make- even kids can do it! The only things you are going to need are a baking sheet and a tablespoon!
This recipe is for 8 pizza bombs, but you can easily double or triple the recipe!
- Preheat. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Flatten the biscuits. Open the 1 can of biscuits and flatten them with your hands (into a large disc shape). Or, you can use a rolling pin and a lightly floured working surface to roll out the biscuits. *Seal up any holes in your biscuit dough by pinching the dough back together.Add the fillings. Use a tablespoon to add 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce (8 tablespoons total) and spread over the center of each biscuit using the back of the tablespoon. Then, add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and 24 pepperoni slices (approximately 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and 3-4 slices per pizza bomb).Close the biscuits. Pull each corner of the biscuit pastry up and pinch the edges together to close them (this will be the bottom). Place rounded biscuits on your parchment paper lined baking sheet (optional, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning).Bake. Place them in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven, let cool slightly on the baking sheet, then serve while warm.
Serve these stuffed pizza bombs with some homemade marinara sauce! They’ll be sure to disappear! Enjoy!
💭 Angela’s Tips & Recipe Notes
- For best results, you’ll want to shred your own mozzarella cheese. Pre-shredded cheese is coated with a non-binding agent (to keep it from sticking together) and, as a result, does not melt as well. These versatile pizza pockets can easily be customized with all of your favorite pizza toppings. Try out sausage, onions, olives, bacon, peppers, or mushrooms! For some extra flavor, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over your pizza bombs before baking them.
🥡 Storing & Reheating
Keep any leftover pizza bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheating Stuffed Pizza Bombs
Reheat your stuffed pizza bombs in the microwave using 30-second increments.

Can I Make Stuffed Pizza Bombs In Advance? Yep! Go ahead and fully prepare your pizza bombs, but don’t put them into the oven. Instead, place the baking sheet into the freezer until they are solid. Then, you can transfer them to a storage bag and keep them in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. When ready, you can bake them straight from frozen by simply adding an extra 5-10 minutes to the baking time. How Do You Reheat Pizza Bombs? Similar to Pizza Rolls or Pizza Pockets, you can easily reheat your pizza bombs in the microwave. If you want them to be extra crisp, you can reheat them in the oven or even the air fryer! Simply heat them through to your liking. Can I Use Different Pizza Toppings? Yes! While pepperoni is incredibly popular and what my family loves, you can easily add in your favorite pizza toppings! From sausage to bacon or mushrooms to olives, go ahead and stuff your pizza bombs with any of your favorite ingredients (yes, even pineapple).
